You've got to be the most unlucky guy alive.

I don't know. I considered myself lucky that the robbers in 1981 weren't actually armed when they accosted me unloading groceries from my car, forced me inside, and tied me up, then ransacked the house. They took 13 of my 14 guns and all my camera gear. They were later caught by the police while doing another theft, but my guns were not found at that time.

I also consider it lucky that 8 of the 22 stolen guns have been recovered. I hope the OP is as fortunate.
