I don't buy much ground beef. But, Publix and many other grocery stores will grind up a steak if you ask them. Sometimes at Publix you can get chuck or a round steak for less than comparable ground beef and pick out the cut/fat content you want. | |||

I've been getting woody chicken breasts from Costco. NOPE. I keep an eye out for chuck roast on sale at Smiths and then grind my own ground beef. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer.
