Come on, show us what you got! Being a youth in my 40's I just have memories and you tube! But growing up in Regan's America sure does draw parallels to the current Commander In Chief we have. And I love them both! I personally believe that President Trump will be the best president since Ronald Reagan.

Reagan! Regan was C of S and Treasury Secretary, the guy who was bullish on America at Merrill Lynch, before he saw the books. Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me. When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

This is a first for me, Reagan addressing a class at PI. Dam. I would have shown this year's ago. He even mentions the "slide for life" lol "If the Army and the Navy ever look on heavens scenes, they will find the streets are guarded by United States Marines" Lol sorry had to do that

President Reagan was my President. I went to sleep every night knowing that he was watching over all, and all was and would be fine.

I was just a kid, but I recall Reagan and Tip O’Neill getting along. I can’t imagine that in today’s climate.

Never Go Full Retard |
Both actually tried to find common ground and make good policy for thge country, even though they had difficulty doing so. It's impossible now. Trump tries to make America great. Schumer (spit) and Pelosi distort everything to being class and race wars. Hell, I am waiting for Pelosi to say Trump is circling "Heranus" looking for Klingons just to get TeeWee video clip time. They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

Did you come from behind that rock, or from under it? |
The first presidential election I was old enough to vote in was 1980. I was 21, living on my own and wild as hell but my vote was for Ronald Reagan. Voted for him again in 1984. When young I was taught that with politicians you discount what they say and closely watch what they actually do. Reagan may be gone but Trump has come closer to doing things Reagan would have done than ANY Republican president since the 80s. "Every time you think you weaken the nation" Moe Howard
