I’ve seen some good things from Military Working Dog Support Team Association. https://mwdtsa.org Though I’ve not dug very deep into it.

If any one knows, it would be Mike Ritland. I spoke with him a few years back about training and acquiring a German Shepherd. He may not be as accessible now.. he has become quite popular, never hurts to try though.
