Wanting to put a secure storage in the console of my Tacoma.

Is there any real difference between the 3?

There is about a $100 difference in price

Don't know about the Tacoma. I went with the Tuffy in my F-150 and I've been happy with it. In that application, Tuffy allows for the use of the top organizer tray and Consolevault did not. Yu may want to check some Tacoma owner's forums for specific feedback as well.

I've been quite happy with my console vault for my Dodge RAM. I was able to snag a pretty good deal on a lightly used console vault years ago. If I read the information correctly, the steel is thicker on the console vault (12 gauge) compared to the Tuffy (16 gauge), which I'd think would make the console vault more resistant to prying open.

On my 3rd console vault. Tried the tuffy with my current 2016 F-150. Just not the same.

Tuffy doesnt have a spring loaded lid and the steel is much flimsier.

It's worth the extra 100

I agree with Crockett040 on the Tuffy, I have a Lock'er down in the current truck and I prefer it to the Tuffy I had in the last truck.

I'm very happy with the Consolevault in my Denali HD. The springed hinge is really convenient.
