David LeeMost all your photos and email are saved in the cloud. When selecting things to be deleted, be careful not to select all or check all.

We have an employee that had both his personal work email and the main department email. He accidentally deleted the entire department email while cleaning out his inbox ... twice.

Question: Was she able to recover all her email by herself with Gmail's guidance/directions or did the people at gmail have to really recover it from their servers?

stickman428Rey HRH, Gmail did all the recovery work. She emailed them and gmail fixed it.
Only issue is that all the recovered emails are listed as unread and there are over a thousand of em.

stickman428Bendable, she was kinda sneaky about it. She said to Gmail that her account had been hacked and someone must have deleted all her emails. Russians probably.
