With that information I can compare to actual text and determine if it says what you think it's saying. My interpretation is that ICE is the Dept of VAs is leveraging the expertise of medical contracting to aid in their similar pursuits, rather than creating a redundant process in place of existing process

Maybe I read it all wrong, but that seems like a good idea to me?

I think it says that medical treatment of IAs is being paid for out of the VA budget.

I hope not. I read it as they using they admin/computer/payment systems. Which I imagine still affects their budget, but I rather not pay for redundancy for illegal aliens too.

I really wish we'd take down the vacancy sign and correct our immigration system and shore up our borders. Way better solution than holding them or releasing them. In the end a thousand time cheaper too.
