If full sized is not a necessity, a late 90's-early 2000's Tacoma is a good consideration. I have a 98 with the 2.7L and have had it loaded down with so much firewood the bed was resting on the stops and it still chugs along. I'm 6'3", 190 and have no problem getting in and out.
