Again, really an amazing Soldier; true hero.

Interesting story, last time I really interacted with him was early 00's I think... Fast forward to 2022 we are deployed to Africa and he is the Task Force Commander for the whole theatre. He takes the time to interact with us like he was still in the BN. Such a humble yet inspirational leader.

Awesome story. Thank you for sharing, PASig. Anyone visiting the DC area should visit Arlington National Cemetery and the Tomb. It is a solemn and moving experience you will never forget. God bless all the soldiers who earned the privilege to perform The Walk. Many people may not be aware that the tomb and every element of the tomb watch is intended to represent continuous and respectful recognition of the service and sacrifice of American military service members buried at Arlington and other sites around the world.
