Provo, UT officer Joseph Shinners was killed in the line of duty Saturday night. He leaves behind a wife and a 1 year old son. Looking at the photos of him with them, there really are not words to describe this loss.

I do not know this family, but there are many people here with a lot of faith, and this family needs our prayers.

Sorry for the size of the photos. If anyone is able to resize them and post them, I would be grateful.

Prayers for comfort for his family and friends at this horrible loss...as well as safety for the other LEOs and anyone else putting their life and future in danger.

Beautiful young family. Another needless 'last call'. RIP
