The month of December is set to be a big one for the Supreme Court, which has scheduled oral arguments in hot-button issues such as President Donald Trump’s ability to fire people, campaign spending, and the death penalty. Its eventual decisions are expected to better define Congress’s power, while creating potentially long-lasting impacts for Americans’ civil liberties. Here is a breakdown of the cases. 1. Trump’s Ability to Fire Bureaucrats 2. Pro-Life Donors 3. Campaign Spending Limits 4. The Sidewalk Preacher’s Suit 5. IQ and the Death Penalty https://www.theepochtimes.com/...3HKa5lr6%2FUGHFx0%3D _________________________

and still no nationwide concealed carry rulings... John The key to enforcement is to punish the violator, not an inanimate object. The punishment of inanimate objects for the commission of a crime or carelessness is an affront to stupidity.

National concealed carry? How about a statewide infringement of the second amendment. I can’t buy a rifle mag over 10 rounds or a handgun mag over 15. I’m so pissed off with SCOTUS. Forget campaign spending limits. I don’t remember campaign spending limits being discussed in the Bill of Rights. You know, my god given rights that the government acknowledges they can’t step on because I’m a US citizen. Yet they let it go on anyway. I’m sorry to hijack your thread downtownv but I’ve had it up to my eyeballs hearing about what SCOTUS is doing. They’re fucking citizins by turning their heads. Kavanaugh lives in Maryland. Guess he doesn’t shoot much. I bet Clarence Thomas doesn’t have a problem buying an AR back home in Georgia.

In Thomas' defense, he has been the most vocal critic of his fellow justices with regard to the 2A. It takes 4 votes of the 9 justices to decide to accept a case for hearing during a term. Thomas has openly accused his fellow justices of treating the 2A as as second class amendment and a disfavored right. An excerpt from one of his dissents in a petition for Cert. in Silvester v. Becerra, 2018 is below.
"I vowed to myself to fight against evil more completely and more wholeheartedly than I ever did before. . . . That’s the only way to pay back part of that vast debt, to live up to and try to fulfill that tremendous obligation." Alfred Hornik, Sunday, December 2, 1945 to his family, on his continuing duty to others for surviving WW II.
