My '88 RX-7 Convertible has a hard panel over the driver and passenger seats that can be removed without compromising the soft top's action. I suppose it could be considered a "sunroof." Does that count? In the entire time I've owned it (bought new), I have never driven it in this configuration (panel removed, top up). I suppose I could cut out the vinyl-covered metal and fit a glass pane to make it truly unique.
