What? Is that true? How can this be? I would be the last person you hear praising them, because they have given me so much grief over time. But, got to give credit where credit is due. The last two shipments from H-town have arrived a day early. And, to top that off, they delivered the package today (Memorial Day), in Anchorage, AK. Q

Amazon packages are always delivered on Sundays and holidays. Nothing extraordinary about that. Nothing to do with Amazon, here. Amazon might have special deal with whoever their shipper is, I don't know. My package was shipped by me. When was the last you shipped your own package by USPS, and Sunday/federal holiday delivery is the norm? Q

I thought he was trying to compliment the USPS, something that seems to be in general short supply when it comes the USPS.

Slight thread drift... I live outside a town of 5k (we just got a Denny's 2weeks ago) I get no amazon on Sunday, and count myself VERY blessed when something arrives on Saturday. Also, my local USPS does a good job. Of course, I drive to town to get my mail...

That is interesting. I too got a package on memorial day but it was from Amazon. I assumed they had a special deal with USPS, but they must be doing that for many packages these days. Good for them!
