Moments ago, protesters storm 18th green on the final round of the Travelers at TPC Riverside in Cromwell, Connecticut, leaving a few spots of white and red paint. Five were arrested.

After a brief cleanup, Scottie Scheffler parred and Tom Kim sunk his putt prompting a playoff. Officials were forced to change the hole location on the 18th serving as the first playoff hole. Details at 11:00.

Hope the state prosecutes them, too often the gov't lets them get off without a conviction. Golf course should sue the idiots. The judgment wouldn't be immediately collectable but in some states tax refunds can attached. Another possible collection remedy is down the pike when the idiot wants to buy a house their credit report shows "unpaid judgment." The computer has a long memory.

If the protestors (childish, easily manipulated assholes) actually assaulted, vandalized or otherwise annoyed something or someone associated with or valued by the wealthy and politically connected then they may actually face undesired consequences.
