Making a light fixture that will have 6-8 hanging edison bulbs and for aesthetic purposes, I'm looking for something sleeved (braided). Can I buy it sleeved or do I need to buy wire and sleeve it?

Thanks,

Example: HERE

You can get stuff like that from suppliers that cater to vintage electronics buffs. One big one is Antique Electronics Supply.

Here's one example from AES of electrical cable with braided brown cloth covering.

High temp cloth covered wire would probably look the part as well. links to multiple gauges as well.
