Get my pies outta the oven! |
I’ve gotten used to having a backup camera now that my wife has one on her Honda Odyssey and it makes life so much easier when parallel parking, which is what we do with the parking at our home (street parking). I’d like to add a wired unit to my Mazda5; I know there are a lot of options out there but I’m not sure if anyone out there has done this? I’m not interested in adding a new head unit that has camera functionality, I really just want to add a screen that sits on my dash, and when I put the car in reverse the camera comes up to help me park and back up into parking spots, etc. It looks like there are a lot of wireless units out there too, but the reviews and ratings on them are not great, I’d rather have the reliability of a wired unit. Can anyone steer me in the right direction here? Or should I just take this to a car stereo place and have them do it? I have a local one that does good work that would probably install one? Thanks! | ||
