Mid-90’s with humidity. My kind of weather here at the River Park with the 5 year old grandson while he learns to ride his bike. Fixed my next to favorite sandwich:
Two slices of honey wheat bread
Mustard
Lettuce
Large slicer tomato
Slice of Vidalia onion
Slice of medium cheddar cheese
Two thick slices of beef bologna
Yummy

GibbSounds delicious, but I opened this expecting to see a thick slice cucumber sandwich... That's my preferred "cool sandwich on a hot day"

bushpilotI know, no pics or it didn't happen. Between the grandson and my my stomach making a lot of really angry sounds it never crossed my mind to snap a pic. Sorry, next time.
