Yeah, it should NOT be doing that.
That's why they call them UNinterruptable Power Supplies.

While you can see what the software tells you ~ there is not much to actually configure let alone an adjustment for a delay.
Could very well be an issue with the battery, the connection to the battery or the electronics of the UPS > defective?.
I would call CyberPower Support and talk to them.
Most likely a bad unit or sometimes a new battery fixes the problem.
There should be NO interruption of power whatsoever.
