I was recently sailing down in Grenada and one of the restaurants we ate at had this wonderful hot sauce - use it sparingly it is HOT. So, I picked up a couple bottles at the grocery on the island. One for the boat and one to bring back to the States with me.

I whole heartedly recommend this stuff. Hot but great flavor. Enjoy SF friends.

Don't think you are missing anything. But, on the Contact Us page, there is a form to fill out called the "Pre-Order" form. Presume you complete and submit that and they get back to you. Pretty clunky but they must have a reason for doing it that way.

I'll throw this out there as well: any of the "Hot Ones" hot sauces are really good. You can get them here: heatonist.com

Just make sure they are a Hot Ones brand. I've had Los Calientes, The Classic, The Last Dab, and The Last Dab Reduxx (Chocolate Pepper X).

The Last Dab sauces are HOT!!!, but taste really good.

You can generally get a good idea of how hot they are by watching Hot Ones on youtube and seeing the reactions of the people eating them.
