HRKInteresting, not sure you could do much to get a tire off with it but maybe fix a chain or something small....

Yes, but your rear tire is a point of contact.

Not on mine.

Johnny 3eaglesI was assuming "Side stand". You are correct.
Maybe (?) Some bikes don't have center stands?

Harley-Davidson is one make. Others I can't say, having been out of motorcycling for decades. But the ones I did have, had them. Possibly, to save weight, "crotch rocket" sport bikes.

An option on a lot of Triumph bikes, and some BMWs I believe.
Can't say I've ever seen a center stand on a cruiser.

bigwagonI have an aftermarket center stand on my KLR 650. It can be used to remove both tires, even at the same time. A CS is an absolute necessity on an ADV style bike.
Those kickstand style jacks are popular with dirt bikes and off-road riders too.

Honda Goldwings have had center stands from the beginning.

HRKHarleys don't, but there is an accessory center stand they sell, it's not great because of where it mounts, and aftermarket models which I have, even with that stand it's not high enough to remove a tire.

I added the Honda OEM center stand to my 2021 Honda Africa Twin 1100 specifically because it got the rear tire off the ground.

A Goldwing isn't a cruiser, it's either a bagger or a dresser

calugoCool product and exactly what I need to lube and clean the chain on my 2023 Hayabusa

Fly-SigGreat product for chain maintenance on a road trip. I've seen photos of people who've taken off the rear wheel using one of those, but I'd have to be pretty desperate to trust it for that!
My Kawasaki Versys 650 doesn't have a center stand. I'm happy not to have the weight, too.
You could also cut down an old crutch to the correct length for a lighter weight version of the SnapJack.
