Whoa - Edited as 4032 x 3024 is REALLY BIG...Way Too BIG!

You need to resize those images! Here's what you need to do:

- Create an Album in your imgur account just for pics, MEME's, GIF's etc you want to post on SIGforum.
- When uploading images, FIRST click 'Add to Album' and select the SIGforum folder from the dropdown menu.
- Then click 'Auto Resize' and select 1024 x 768 from the dropdown menu.THEN click 'Add Images'

- When embedding an image on SIGforum, click on the image and then click on the Copy button under 'BBCode (message boards & forums)'
- Then just right click/paste into your post.

FYI - By creating an Album just for SIGforum, and resizing all images you store there, you'll ensure all are appropriately sized for forum viewing. Also, you may want to resize some images to a smaller size depending to the content. While 1024 x 768 might appropriate for landscape pics, gun pics or MEME's might be better at a smaller resolution. I sometimes upload an image & post it on SIGforum, and then realize it's TOO Big (or should be a bit larger). If that's the case I upload it again at a different resolution and edit my post with the more appropriately sized image. Experiment and you'll get the hang of it.

Also, everything I've stated assumes you're working from a PC. If you're trying to do this from a cell phone (maybe using the imgur app?), your mileage may vary...

I use my Flickr account to host photos for SF, and I resize them to have 800 as the biggest number in the size.

Thanks guys! Sorry, the auto-resize didn't work for me, probably because I copied existing images into the album. Went in and manually resized. Should be good now.
