They identify a mother of a high school school student (Mary X) who states the isolation of COVID was placing her 11th grader at risk of survival "and not from just catching COVID." Well gee lady, if you are so concerned about your son's mental health and if he might commit suicide, how well do you think he'll do in school when you just went on the local radio, gave your name, the name of your kid's high school, and state you're concerned he might kill himself?? Nice way to throw your kid under that bus of mental health issues. Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. The biggest contributor to the sad state of mental health in our teenage population is social media. (with poor parenting a very close second)

^^^^^^^^^^^^ I cannot think of anything more humiliating. Being seen with your Mom at that age is bad enough. She needs treatment. Unless she lives in BFE and is destitute there are plenty of psycholgists for him to see.

What ever else, red flag that family. Take their guns, knives, bats, cookware, cars, shoe laces, everything. Get CPS involved, too. The kid is being abused by not getting top shelf mental health support. A combination of Pacidyl, Xanax, and Zoloft ought do the trick. You can order them from a pharmacy in Venezuela.
