A good lesson for all us, you simply don't know when something like that will happen. Quick response and access to a good extinguisher was the to prevent a huge loss.

I keep 3 in my car. 20 years ago my sole extinguisher ran out before the fire was out. I got to watch my pickup burn to the ground. Live and learn I guess.
