The Canadian geese were not too bad this year, but the year round seagulls have been awful. The squawking can drive you crazy, but their droppings are something else. I missed some droppings one day and had a difficult time removing it. Is there a product that removes the droppings with minimal effort?

Using vinegar or other weak acid to break down the bird crap. It's high in proteins and calcium and other minerals that form a substance that is "hard" to water and not easily soluble, but acid will break it down. Then follow up with water and some good detailer. I find it' much easier to deal with than tree sap, but it can "burn" paint/clear coat, so you have to get it as soon as you can. A little soak time with warm water should get the job done no issues (I presoak and then just wash). On windshields I'll not bother and just spray glass cleaner on it. “So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.”

It's good to get it off sooner rather later as it can damage the clear coat. Try what I do with baked on bug splatter after a long motorcycle ride during love bug season. I use finishing spray wax on a microfiber cloth. I also use a car cover for extended absence from the car. White car color is less splattered than blue. ------- Trying to simplify my life...

Nothing more frustrating than rolling into a car show, getting parked, set up, then watch a bird crap on your hood. A detailing spray and microfiber cloth with do the trick. If it's dried, wash the car. Use a pressure washer with the widest nozzle to wet it down, then rinse it off.
