PatenPrime Day and competing sales deals
So Prime Day started today and runs thru Wednesday. Usually there are also competing sales going on as well. Let everyone know if any good deals are out there we all might be interested in.
Here's a couple in my cart at the moment.
SAMSUNG PRO Plus + Adapter 512GB microSDXC Up to 160MB/s UHS-I, U3, A2, V30, Full HD & 4K UHD Memory Card for Android Smartphones, Tablets, Go Pro and DJI Drone $54.99
Fire HD 10 Plus tablet, 10.1", 1080p Full HD, 32 GB, $104.99

bryan11Looking at e-readers, it sounds like the Kindle Paperwhite is a good option. The Kindle Paperwhite Kids option looks best right now as it doesn't have the ads, includes a case, and has double the warranty of the 'adult' version.
Kindle Paperwhite Kids for $104.99 (Prime day deal)

SIGnifiedLast year during the prime days, I ordered about $10,000 worth of stuff from Amazon… The order got messed up… discovered that everything I bought was much, much cheaper after Prime days.
I was looking at a Celestron telescope with automatic tracker, that during prime days was listed for $2000. Afterwards it was only $1200.
Same thing for an 8K television.
I’ve since quit everything Amazon.
Good luck!

frayedendsI just ordered an Apple Watch for $279. It was 350 on Saturday. I actually bought it for 350 and have to return it to get the sale price. Actually just posted about that and the “what’s your deal section.
These go to eleven.

Paten$300 off on Samsung Galaxy S22+ has me on the fence. Sure it's $300 off but it's still $734.99 for a phone.

V-TailI am a voracious reader. I just canceled my subscription, $9.99 / month, to Kindle Unlimited, and gave my self a Prime Day gift -- one year of Kindle Unlimited for eighty bucks and change.
Essentially, buy eight months, get four months free.
They also have six month and 24 month gift packages, but I figure that the one year is right, I can do the same thing again next year.

straightshooter1I couldn't find a thing I needed or even wanted. I was kinda disappointed.
But, of course, I had to open my big mouth and tell my wife, so she had me buy her a new Kindle Oasis with all the extras. Oh, well, she puts up with me so she deserves it.

True, they show % off of list, not normal sale price. I'm good with 30% on that deal though.
