I just found a NEW TESTAMENT presented by the US Army

Arranging Mother's house for sale, I found the 1942 New Testament available to soldiers from the US govt. The front page is a letter to all from FDR March 6, 1941. It is in great condition for being maybe 80 years old. Dad served until 1947 in the Veterinary Corps

Can you post pictures? I'm interested. I especially want to know if it came from the Gideons International. They're the ones who place bibles in hotels. They also hand out bibles to recruits on their way to boot camp. I got mine handed by a little old lady as I stepped up into the bus in Oakland on the way to San Diego.
