Does anyone have experience with atomic time radio wave emulators? I found a nice Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) eco drive diver with radio wave sync capability BUT it is only made to synchronize with Japan’s JJY radio wave.

Having a watch that auto syncs is nice but not if it only works in Japan. I read that I might be able to make an emulator or get an app for my phone. Has anyone here ever done such a thing?

At +\- 15 seconds a month accuracy it is not a big deal but it does kind of ruin a cool feature of the watch.

I have a Casio watch that stays sync'd with a time source here in the states. Not sure how often it does the sync, but whenever/however it does it, is invisible to me. Only problem I have had with it was when the battery had to be replaced. Getting it started was a "problem" but I got on line and got the detailed instructions. Problem solved.

I have had it for at least 8-10 years. Had to replace the band once, battery once. Never take it off. Fishing, swimming, shower, etc.
