Those skills were the making incredibly delicious looking chocolate confections.
He posted some pictures of those confections a while back. Does anybody remember who that was or know what thread that was in? (and providing the thread hasn't been auto-pruned).

I call it the PCP - for Peanut Caramel Pretzel. It's salted caramel, peanut butter milk chocolate ganache and a pretzel cookie.

ChicagoSigManI do not have a website. I don't sell anything. It's all just a hobby. I just make a batch every couple of weeks and give them away as fast as I can so i don't eat them all. I would do a karma, but I just don't have appropriate packing and shipping materials to send chocolate around.

I cant find my words. They either must weigh 2 pounds each, not to worry about my sugar intake or, please load me a case in 45 Auto. Very nice indeed.

Oz_ShadowWe have a local sweet shop that makes all kinds of those little dome chocolates. They sell them for about $1.50 each! They are worth it.
