I can't quite put my finger on it, but something about the MKII makes me prefer it over the MKIV, aesthetically.

Here is a very cool documentary about their LeMans victory in 2016.

If I'm gonna get a GT it's gonna be a GT40 like this homage that just sold at BJ Fall Scottsdale, 1966 Shelby 50th Anniversary GT40 MKII.
