The most recent posts on Sigforum I can find are two years old.

My wife is signed up to donate to Judicial Watch.

I might sign up also.

Amazon Smile provides a donation list showing how much you have, and they, provide to your designated charity.

I do not use Amazon. If I did, I would not use them any further after the week they had.

My AmazonSmile charity is our local 'No-Kill' Animal Shelter, which among other things, transports animals from 'Kill Shelters' down south & elsewhere. They've received well over $5K in donations from the program, and it's a VERY Good cause. They're doing REALLY noble, compassionate work for innocent pets/rescues, as well as the humans that bond with them and provide their forever homes! Smile

Costs nothing to help a good cause, as you yourself define 'good cause' - why wouldn't we?

I put mine toward the local public library here.

Nothing to sneeze at. My $$$ come to only ~45 bucks so far but it really adds up... Over 183 Million has been given to charities to date by Smile users.

I did Hawk Talk for a long time but switched to Nashville Steam for the restoration of the NC&StL No. 576 steam engine when that started. I remember playing on the engine at Centennial Park as a kid.

I have heard of no reason not to "trust" them.

I designated Salvation Army. If Amazon does not forward the money, it's on them in my book and karma will get them.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
