Looks like he actually posted the video on Sunday, May 25, which is "Africa Day," whatever that is. So technically not on Memorial Day, which was Monday May 26. What he did or did not say on Memorial Day itself, I have no idea.
As I remember Fast Eddy, Burke, and a few others stated they were Republicans when they were in City Counsel.All have gone to jail since. They still were part of the problem they just divided up all the payoffs between themselves. Nothing has changed. The Daley's were like crime bosses in every fashion.They did not do this city any good. Now, there is little unity in City Government, everything is divided up along racial and Woke leadership.
