He's a man. Brave enough to stand up for what is true and right in the face of considerable opposition.

I remember this video. I've not seen others follow suit. Hopefully it's just because I've missed them. If not, then it seems like the a majority of CEOs can be be considered cowards or woke.

While we have a good deal of men in the trenches, it's sad that the ivory towers are populated by pussies.

Browsed to the "Who's Wearing" section of their site. Interesting to see a bunch of left-wing types. Probably not for long.

What is the product/service?
What features make it desirable/better?
Why should we purchase your vs any other?

Sorry - but virtue signaling - from either side of the argument - has no value - you sell watches - stay out of politics and stick to what you do.

I am not sure about their watches but their commercials are a refreshing push back from the retarded woke corporate commercials that are in vogue right now. They popped onto my radar because of the counterpoint to Gillette’s toxic add. Their add worked because I now know their name and as a watch enthusiast who likes LOVES watches they had managed to fly under my radar up until that point. It made me look at their watch offerings and consider a few of their watches so I’d say mission accomplished from a marketing standpoint.

I respectfully disagree with those saying companies should stay apolitical. I think there is a way to push back on the idiocy while not beating your would be customers over the head with your political beliefs. I doubt this is their only type of marketing but I am glad to see someone pushing back and supporting women over madness.

- Uhhh, they make Watches...

- Their watches feature high quality movements produced in Switzerland and Japan, and they look nice.

- They support Men, Women, Freedom and Heroes! In the case of Law Enforcement, they offer their TBL collection, and 15% of all sales from this collection are donated to Law Enforcement charities (That's Sales, NOT Profits!). Egard stands proudly with our LEO's!

Oh, and it's NOT virtue signaling...It's correcting the record in the face of insanity, and standing up for what's right!

Would it be better if companies concentrated on manufacturing and selling their products and didn’t proselytize and try to convince us how to think about political and social issues? Yes, I believe it would. But even as someone who just doesn’t care about most of these issues any more, I will point out that the divisiveness that these efforts result from and are in response to wasn’t started by those of us on the Right. Unfortunately, though, when a company pushes back against the unjust characterizations that these videos address, they will be criticized by not only those who believe we should simply roll over and accept the injustice without a murmur, but also by some who don’t like the process, regardless of what views are being presented.

If, however, you dislike the messages that we’re being bombarded with today more than you dislike the need to respond, then you should realize that the time for silent acceptance is long past. A company today that pushes back against the “wokeness” is demonstrating economic courage and if you still care about such things, you should appreciate and support them and others like them.

It's not just right. It's not just courage.

These voices among the masses give me hope - it's not just someone in our community. It's some random person out there with a voice that's speaking for me. That gives me hope.

At $175 they are the standard commodity movements made for export to other makers who case and finish them. Likely ETAs or Miyota.

"High Quality" would be $2000 up.

Some discussion here by others - haven't heard of them before. https://www.watchuseek.com/sea...s&t=post&o=relevance
