A small SUV or crossover passed me yesterday. It had a grill that was mostly vertical. It reminded me of a Bugatti. No recognizable logo on the tailgate. I can't find a pic of what I saw. (I'm fairly confident is was NOT a Bugatti) TIA

Sounds like a BMW, X1 if it's really small but all BMW SUVs have the vertical grill

Alfa Romeo Stelvio?

Or is this a commentary how they all look the same.

I'd guess BMW as well, on the common side.
Maybe a Rolls Cullinen is on the larger side
The Bentley Bentayga also has a vertical slat grille. More curvy than the Rolls

they do, somewhat,

Probably had just picked it up from the shop, and was on his way back to the shop.

Hey, I have one of those Stelvios. Great car but it has been in the shop since July 2024. Thank goodness it is under warranty.

Actually they have agreed to extend the warranty to 8 years/125k miles. So, if I ever get it back I will be covered.
