we are fast approaching the time when the Statute of Limitations is going to kick in.

Unless something happens, would this mean that this genocidal maniac is going to skate?

Or perhaps some other country that was hit very hard asks to extradite and charge him overseas where perhaps he won't enjoy the constitutional rights of the US.

I wouldn’t expect anything, at the most a black mark on his reputation. There may be things that could be questioned, where ‘the process’ itself is about all the punishment one will get.

Comey is in that camp, very unlikely to ever be convicted, even less likely to ever see the inside of a cell. Some of the process procedures are about all one can expect as punishment. I’m just being realistic.

Between the pardon, federal government tort immunity, I can't see it happening.

I can someone bringing charges, but I can't see it even going past a couple of hearings, before the case gets tossed. Unless he has a very bad lawyer and with his money, not likely.

No. Frankly I’m ok with that. I’d rather the efforts that would be spent trying to prosecute Fauci be used to expose the process and infrastructure that allowed everything to happen the way that it did. The individual players are merely a small piece of a terribly broken system. Focusing on a few players will take the attention off the broken system, where the public’s ire rightfully belongs.

Only if the pardon is voided due to being autopenned without Joe's approval. While it is almost certainly the case that Joe did not authorized any of the autopenned pardons, it still has not been proven with any certainty.

If there is some other angle, such as civil liability or state level charges, I hope an enterprising attorney acts before any statute runs out.

Jmho, but the main reason Fauci, Baric, Walensky, et al will not be prosecuted is that nearly all of the citizens remain ignorant about the whole subject.

- They are not aware of the connection running from Fauci to bioweapon research in Wuhan.

- They believe it most likely was a natural virus.

- They believe it was an unusually deadly pathogen.

- They believe the lockdowns were justified by solid pre-existing science, and were effective.

- They believe the jabs saved many millions of lives, and were safe.

- They don't know about VAERS.

- They believe alternative treatments such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were dangerous and ineffective.

- They believe respirators and remdesivir were very good, but unfortunately the virus was too deadly for even those to save people.

- They believe Trump promoted injecting or inhaling bleach.


It would be a major uphill battle at this point to get sufficient public support to prosecute anyone. It would be a huge political issue, with the media and Dems fighting every inch of the way, rather than being a non-political factual legal issue.

Though many in our circle are generally conservative and well accomplished professionally, most of them still trust that the jabs were safe and effective. They've not only gotten multiple boosters but they've now increased taking other vaccines. Anthony Fauci's autopen pardon is very specific. It covers "all crimes committed on US soil between 2017 and 2025," covering the entirety of the pandemic.
Unfortunately for him, a federal judge has ruled that his use of taxpayer money to fund gain-of-function research in 2015 in China doesn't qualify.
"Those crimes set off a series of events that would forever change the world," wrote 14th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Joseph Barron, "They were also outside both the timeframe and location requirements for clemency."
The ruling allows the Justice Department to move forward with its investigation into the truth of what happened at the Wuhan Lab.
