Mariner fan here and absolutely love what we are doing. Tearing it down to the foundation. Sweet! Smile

Our previous GM was an idiot. While out current GM is Trader Jerry and I have not loved everything he has done. Have supported him mostly. Finally the complete tear down I have been hoping for several years.

Dumping Paxton, Cano, Zunino, Colome and more to come. Diaz was a tough loss. But who knows how he will do moving forward.

We had the worst farm system in the majors until this.

We have some good pieces but not nearly enough. Segura, Haniger, Gonzales. But they may need to go as well. We are getting some dead weight back in some of these trades but they will most likely go or maybe stay for a year.

We are getting some young talent back. Several pitchers, some Of help. Maybe an infielder or two, a catcher.

The timing is perfect. In two to four years maybe we will be on the verge. We were just spinning our wheel and going no where. Now there is hope for the future. I am stoked. I do not care if we loose a hundred games for a year or two. I will watch and see if our your talent can get major lead ready.

Go Mariners.

I will offer 1 million dollars for the Mariners. I don't have it on me right now, but I promise I can get it . . .

Phillies fans. You kind of stuck it to the Mariners on the Segura trade. You got a couple of good bullpen pieces too. Is Crawford going to amount to anything?

I did not like this trade. Hopefully we can find a trade partner for Santana that we garner a few good prospects.

Looking forward to seeing where the A's best prospects end up and whose castoffs they pick up this year.

Unveiled a shiny new stadium proposal and redevelopment plan for the current stadium site. Not entirely sold on all the moving parts coming together to make it happen especially with Oakland being Oakland. Need a top end starter and a few decent arms are available. They made a nice run last season and have something to build on. I like a starting rotation that doesn’t all end up on the DL.
