I'm shocked at how little coverage this is receiving. This is MAJOR news, as much or, perhaps more, than Venezuela. It appears to be a full on civil war in Iran.
Even Newsmax is crickets.
Odd.
Hopefully they don't allow that animal to flee to Moscow. He needs to be photographed at the end of a rope like Mussolini.

Al Jazeera is usually pretty good, if it doesn’t involve Israel/the U.S. (I think.)
They don’t seem to be reporting riots any larger than what has happened, but that the government is not responding as violently as it did before - admittedly, this is what may have brought down the Soviets - the younger leadership was not willing to mass murder as much as the older ones.

I think most news services are hesitant to jump into this story with both feet as to many of those editors see these protests are 'just another protest spasm'. What's different is this one appears to be much more widespread, there's more venom & action being directed at the religious figures who hold unbelievable sway over the population and there's open chants for the return of the Shah.
Back in 2022 there were large protests that seemed to signal a change was imminent, it didn't happen but, perhaps it exposed the disaffected population to the possibilities. Back then 'turban knocking' became popular as people opposing the religious clowns started targeting clerics, enraging the religiously devout. Hope this comes back into vogue.

He's a lying sack of shit who is attempting to enrich himself by posting lies. Six days ago, he claimed the Ayatollah had fled to Russia. This is a lie. Four days ago, he posted that Tehran had fallen. Again, this is a blatant lie.
I don't ever want to see anything in this forum from that asshole. For all we know, that "live feed" is old video from 2019.

I like the interviews with this lady, who Iran's rulers have tried to assassinate at least three times: Link
... stirred anti-clockwise.

Itis crazy that this is going on and not a main headline. The death toll, according to reports inside Israel, is higher than the "12-day" war and is climbing. Iran is no longer using just their form of internal police; they are using Republican Guard to open fire with live rounds at protesters.
The former Shah is pleading for intervention from the US, or anyone.
Some footage is being broadcast via Starlink, buts its sparse. there is no internet, no phone service
I can't speak to the veracity of the website, but if true...damn, that's ballsy.

Iran Signals Upcoming Crackdown on Protestors as Demonstrations Continue Protesters have been urged on by Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of the shah who was toppled in the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
I recently heard President Trump state if the Iranian Regime starts killing protesters they would quickly have a bad day. In my opinion, he said that to tell the Iranian people he had their back. Since he said that protesting has grown. Govt buildings are ablaze.
