This is an 11 minute video on the devastating wildfires that swept the southern plains states of Colorado, Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma in early March. As the thread title says, the videography and interviews about the devastation of the fires is gut wrenching--the response of the agriculture community has been wonderful. There's more to do.

Thanks for watching

Absolutely devastating. Seeing all that cattle with all of their hair completely burned off is gut wrenching.

Country boys (& girls) can survive...

The MSM doesn't much give a shit what happens out here in flyover country--unless the story advances their agenda. Notable by their absence are PETA and the HSUS, who purport to care about the health, safety, and welfare of animals; not a finger lifted or a dollar to help rescue, feed, or care for these animals. Bastards. No wonder rural Americans have no use for those organizations whatsoever.

NCBA is coordinating relief services

I was raised in a farming and ranching community. I've got a pretty good idea of the "local" attitude. They hate to accept help but are generous as hell when help is needed by others. It was hard to look at all the devastation but seeing the amount of help pouring in from other communities that are a long ways away is very uplifting. Thank you for posting the video.
