Sadly we will never see the likes of Mike Royko or Jimmy Breslin again. This is a good story about the man and how print journalism used to be. What a character he was. Here is the link to a brief story about him and the people he interviewed.

An uncommon guy to say the least. One of my favorite JB qoutes "Don't trust a brilliant idea unless it survives the hangover". A master in communicative skills in all measures, he developed reputable contacts everywhere from law enforcement to the mob.
