I searched for New Jersey, as an example, because there are 800,000 of these assholes here. I am amazed how many of these people were arrested at the joint base Ft. Dix, Maguire and Lakehurst. During Biden's disastrous evacuation of Afghanistan, he loaded a shit load of them into the base within one month they lost track of a large majority of them.

For criminals, that is a better life. Think about it. They can prey almost with impunity. If caught, they still get free legal counsel. If convicted, there's still, in some jurisdictions, no guarantee they'll be sent to prison. (How many times have we seen that?) If they do get sent to prison, they have to get three hots and a cot, medical care, etc., that they don't get in their prisons back home. It would be like a luxury resort vacation for them by comparison.
