Yep, it happened a little downstream from. I really feel for the homeowners since their bulkheads are failing since there is no water pressure on them, causing a lot of damage. What is strange to me is that they estimate it will be years to repair even though it appears to be a small damage with moderate damage. They'll have to build a complete coffer dam with a spillway before they can even get to the original dam to make repairs. That is going to take a lot of work. Ken | |||
