My observant wife took a good look at that and remarked that she had never seen a cat with a nose like that. She says that it looks much more like a dog's nose.

My girlfriend pointed that out to me when I told her about this thread. Apparently they were bred from Siamese to jet black some years back, and I know I've seen them as a separate breed at cat shows.

Yes, my girlfriend is a Cat Lady.
