Reverse seared ribeye

https://imgur.com/gallery/GOiAFk9Decided I wanted a BIG steak tonight so I went shopping and bought a 24oz ribeye.
Set the convection oven to 275° and let the steak warm to 125. Got a good sear on it with a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes a side and then let it rest on a cutting board.
Happy man and damn near full. Don't know if I'll be able to eat all of the food.

I just tried reverse-searing using an Instant Pot, and it came out fantastic. Sort of a poor man's
sous vide.

Sitting in the recliner now regretting that I did.
Steak was excellent and before I knew it, I ate the steak, 3 pieces of pita bread and a bowl of carrots. Add in 4 beers and I'm kinda full.

I need to know how to do this. I have an Instapot and haven't gotten much out of it yet. Only thing I've done is stuffed peppers

I'm still experimenting with the whole process, but basically followed this
recipe.Basically I just cooked the meat in the Instant Pot per directions, then transferred it to a grid pan and seared it on the stove-top.

SMH. You guessed correct. 1.07 lb ribeye cut in 3 parts and reverse seared until medium well. I had a bite and it was still juicy but nowhere near as good as mine.

Pepper only. I'm not a big salt fan.
Steak was seasoned with Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Really good seasoning.
