This is the guy who was poisoned a few years ago by Russian agents. He recovered, went back to Russian, was imprisoned, and just "died" in prison. The whole story reeks like week old fish. This is how dirty and evil Putin is. They will not even release his body to his family for burial. It's probably in bad shape from torture and all that.
