Have a US Wagyu Ribeye wrapped ready (not shown) for Sous Vide. May opt to make it later in the week though ~ wife doesn't think we need all that food and to save room for desert. Smile

We stimulated our favorite local dining establishment last night for the 4 course Valentine dinner special. It was awesome.

Saganaki flambe'd tableside for appetizer, I had she crab soup and she had a strawberry salad, then this - the main course, we both went with the surf and turf, medium rare. Boston cream cake for dessert.
