This weekend Virginia governor Ralph Northam once again demonstrated his deaf ear and disregard for the public he was elected to govern by appearing in public in Virginia Beach -- without a face mask and without practicing "social distancing" -- on the eve of a reported proclamation to have all Virginians wear face masks in public. Story here. In the Democrat suck-up Washington Post, no less. You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. Now masks indoors in public places are required. Northam says "it won't be enforced by law enforcement." Then 3 hours later releases his order and says non-compliance will be a class 1 misdemeanor. It's distressing how dumb this guy is. He announces before the weekend, that this week he will mandate the use of face masks, then spends the weekend at the beach, mingling with his subjects, taking selfies with them, no mask and standing shoulder to shoulder with people. His excuse was, he left his mask in the limo. Yeah, Ralph and the dog ate my homework. Ah, Ralph, you as governor, are surrounded by go-fers. What's a go-fer for if one can't go-fer the mask you left in the limo? How this guy made it through both VMI and med school remains a mystery. | |||
