Does anyone know a good facility with frozen storage in Orlando? Disney is hosting the Wounded Warrior Games this year. I have 7,000 Dixie cups in Miami. I need to figure out how to get those to Orlando - I may buy some more coffin coolers and ship them all to Orlando, using Roadie. I need to get some display freezers up there, as well. Normally, this is later in the year, and I have the time to have my guys hauls stuff. My current plan is rent a truck with a lift gate, have someone take it to them, and then rent the truck a second time to pick the freezers up. But, storage is an issue. The normal dock warehouses won’t take coolers of product/let folks pick up frozen coolers.

Not sure if this helps, there is a company not to far from me called Frozen Food Express. They are in Haines city Florida. They are about 45 minutes to 1 hour from Disney depending on traffic. It looks like they have freezer warehouse storage and trucks to do deliveries. It also looks like they have a location in Miami. This is there website. https://www.ffeinc.com/ The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. Have you reached out of any of the larger catering companies? My wife has used Arthur’s for a number of big corporate events. They have a refrigerator truck and I assume a sizable amount of cold storage at their facility. Additionally there is an ice company in the downtown Orlando area (Orlando ice corp) that supplies food trucks. They may be able to supply storage for you.

Thank you guys. FFE, unless they do something different, is a cold chain place - usually, they require a -20F truck to load/unload - I'm trying to find a place which will store and pull coolers, so that the Wounded Warrior Folks can restock freezers. (Disney moving it from Sept. to Aug. has caused all manner of issues for us.) ForteFrozen looks interesting. Talking to them about setting up mail order fulfillment for doing online ordering. Should get a call back today if they can do the coolers.

And we've called every frozen storage place w.in 1 hour of Disney. No one has any availability. (Waiting on one last fellow, so still a slight chance.) Oh well, we'll fill up the display freezers, and the kids will get some ice cream. Wounded Warriors found someone w. a couple chest freezers, so we will load those up along with the display freezers. Should be enough.

Have you tried the Mandich Group. Ex-NFL player and his sons started a very large cold/frozen storage business, and they have warehouses in Miami and in Orlando https://mandichgroup.com

There’s a different facility which offered to store it for them, but the truck we had rented from Penske had issues. Now going up on Monday. Been a bit of a comedy of errors.
