I hope the first person you talk to takes ownership of the issue and has the ability, capability, and authority to fix it. I seem to have to talk to three people before I get connected to the fourth person that meets those criteria.

You bet. The function on the site allows for statement of the problem and a response for a worker drone. First name only. the earlier post pertains to payment recoupment for claims from 2020. A fellow doc told me that it involves 75 thousand claims so I am not alone, is social media a possibilty to resolve the matter?

One of the biggest problems with HC insurance is the billing systems, you have to be spot on with codes or claims get rejected and have to be resubmitted with both parties pointing fingers at the other.

When it comes to healthcare billing, it's all about documentation and records.
I keep track of my EOBs, my claims, invoices, etc. I track how much is my copay for each visit and wait for the invoice. I also keep track of my receipts. Then there's no surprise for me.
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

These companies have zero shame. Social media will not help. It’s despicable that they would attempt this after so many years, esp when it was their coding error. Just bs.
All I know is my Doc loves TriCare, they pay on time.
