Looks like this thread will hit 900 pages before we have a winner.

What a rocky road it has been.

I remember watching her when she first agreed to go for charges. As 40ish year old lawyers (my wife and I) we just stared at each other and the TV and when it was over. Within 3 seconds we both knew she had just committed professional suicide.

It would only be a matter of time before the heroine became the patsy.....It was tough to watch

I have known people who have said the same thing. "I voted for everything but the president." Months later they let slip who they voted for. They lied to cover either shame or avoid conflict.

I did my part and voted. Even voted for president which doesn't matter at all in Oklahoma. I can't remember the last time we even had 1 blue county.

I know at least two. One is the son of a Southern Baptist preacher who was all about trying to get people to vote Gary Johnson up until a few days ago. Something soured him on Gary and he went on a Facebook tirade about how he was voting his Christian conscience and choosing to not vote for a candidate he couldn't respect and that since he accepted that as a justified alternative, was urging everyone else to do the same.

A handful of states will decide the outcome. In case you wondered when the polls close:

Well I don't like either one either, but I sure as hell voted for a Supreme Court justice or three.

Be funny if a write in got more votes then either. Razz

It's nice to see the family photos of Trump with his children as they were growing up. Trump, the family man, explains a lot about the devotion of his children. Pictures and Article

Detroit metro airport was unusually quiet. Everywhere I've gone so far... Also quiet.

We were down on the Northern Neck of Virginia over the weekend. Saw quite a number of Trump signs, and a total of 3 for the hildabeast.

I do hope we keep up with the sign tally after the results of the election are known.

Friendly reminder. We don't need to talk about polls, signs, ect. They don't mean anything useful. We literally have hours to find out for sure so be patient. Have a good beer/whiskey and chill.

Took me about an hour to get through the line. School was letting out and as the bus drove by the fire station about 4 or 5 kids (around 7-8 years old) were hanging out the window chanting "Donald Trump! Donald Trump!". Gave everyone in the line a good chuckle Smile

Dropped my ballot off yesterday at a ballot drop at a nearby county building. Was wearing my MAGA hat. Got a few thumbs up and was pleasantly surprised that there was an armed sheriff's deputy standing close to the ballot drop-off box.

I keep reading about how high the voter turn out is and I believe that is a good sign for the Donald.

Actually, if everyone in Whackyland voted for the Dame of Benghazi, it wouldn't matter. Even if she wins by 10 million votes there, she gets 55 votes in the one that counts.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown
