See funny thing about that. All State Department emails should have been transacted through .gov email addresses on government controlled servers and ONLY contained official state department business. That is how it is supposed to work. I work for a publicly traded company. Everything is subject to review and therefore must be transacted and kept on company servers. Email is business only. I the nearly 20 years I've been in business, in 3 companies, having my email reviewed sounds like a painfully boring experience for someone and is in no way terrifying to me. At no time was I involved in government or classified emails as one with the State Department would be.... The point here little missy... is that had you done things legally and properly, you would have no concern about what is in your emails. Two things come to mind: 1) It sounds like the NYPD may have had it first. Who is to say how much of it they have seen, or even if they cloned the harddrive before handing it to the FBI? Tampering with or destroying evidence when another agency may have a copy would be a really embarrassing way to end a career. 2) It sounds like Comey is already looking at a mutiny if some of the articles posted are to be believed. Asking agents to bury this might be the straw that broke the camels back and changed the situation from a reported stack of resignation letters on his desk to a bunch of agents giving interviews on TV. That would be a pretty embarrassing career ended too.

So...she's looking at real honest-to-God prison time and rather than trying desperately to clear herself through legitimate authorities, she goes on a podcast called "Call Your Girlfriend"? Wow.

I never read what I put in my emails either. I have no idea what I type, but when I sense I am finished, I just press "send" and let fate do its thing. .

I believe in the principle of Due Process |
I believe it is confirmed that FBI agents in New York were handling the Wiener sexting investigation, obtained this device with a warrant that dealt with their investigation only, and alerted the higher ups in DC a few weeks ago. Those guys have been discussing it, arguing, handwringing, etc. since then. Why Comey acted on Friday is not clear. NYPD apparently was not involved. Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me. When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Tomorrow will begin some very interesting days. In Colorado this evening Trump said something to the effect that "they will try to create a big diversion." If they have been sitting on some outrageous lie, something they considered but rejected as too over-the-top, this week they will spring it. They know they have their stooges in the "media," after all. And they are backs to the wall desperate. But it will need to trump (cough cough) Wikileaks and O'Keefe. Good luck with that. The Clintons have amassed tremendous power, tremendous wealth, and seemed unstoppable, invincible. Who could possibly bring them down? A crusading federal lawman, dedicated to justice. Nope, that one went by. Someone part of their criminal schemes who has a sudden change of heart. No such luck. Who brings down Bill and Hillary Clinton at the apex of their power? A pedophile exhibitionist pervert. The gods have a sense of humor. ______________________________________________________ "You get much farther with a kind word and a gun than with a kind word alone."

Seems like I just heard him on the radio Friday on Hannity talking about how the hag was going to win - with a condescending tone in his voice. Guess he has been Huamilitaed too! Donald Trump is not a politician, he is a leader, politicians are a dime a dozen, leaders are priceless.

Hmmm, I guess I missed that in the blizzard today of articles today. Thanks for pointing it out. I guess Comey just doesn't think he can pull off a coverup.

I wonder if pissed off FBI agents cloned the hard drive, so that Comey would have a harder time covering up incriminating evidence. Mid level agents could have put some pressure for the FBI to come clean, or they would turn over the true contents. -c1steve

Yes........... And his name is Carlos Danger “We’re going to win so much. You’re going to get tired of winning. You’re going to say, ‘Please, Mr. President, I have a headache. Please, don’t win so much,’” he vowed.

If some reporter hadn't noticed Bill Clinton walking over a lonely part of the airport to another plane, If Anthony Weiner had not been interested in teenage girls, IF Hillary Clinton had said, "oh crap what is that .state thing again ? I'll use it" If Loretta Lynch had been an honest and honorable Attorney General, you get the idea "Yes Huma, the wifi is not working. Do you know why ?"

Some historical proverbs exist because they are so true: For want of a nail a horseshoe was lost, for want of a horseshoe a horse went lame, for want of a horse a rider never got through, for want of a rider a message never arrived, for want of a message an army was never sent, for want of an army a battle was lost, for want of a battle a war was lost, for want of a war a kingdom fell, and all for want of a nail.
