With 10 days or so to go, let's not forget what our " man in the arena" has accomplished.

Let's not forget that he alone, stood there in the onslaught of the republicans, democrats, main stream media ( and I didn't abbreviate it for a reason), BLM, the current president, sjw (and I abbreviated them for a reason), the FBI, the DOJ and every freaking talking head.

He alone gave a voice to "middle America". He was the one to lead and said that no matter how corrupt the elitist and powerful think they are...this is still a government "of the people, by the people, for the people"

Because of him, the American people can never be lauded to sleep by the media, universities, talking heads and in the Sigforum vernacular GDC!

Regardless if you are in deep blue state, your voice and vote matters...why? Because you are an American and our Founding Fathers specifically said that nothing matters more than your Individual right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

I started out just voting for him because of the NRA endorsement, but in the last week, my interest is way beyond that.

He Must Win!!

Why would it take weeks to go through the emails? Don't they know how to search an outlook data file? Geez...

They have this lap top from another Case..and should already have a Warrant to see anything on it. I am sure they have already read everything on it. I guess a Warrant is needed to use this evidence for another case.. But I think they should have already had a Warrant for All Devices. Maybe it is just the media making shit up.
Knowing that she has kicked Huma out of the plane, she must know there is some good stuff on it. Also knowing that Obama has cancelled all public appearances for her campaign he knows. ( which means he was briefed.) He will still claim to find out on the news the next day.

The warrant that was used to seize and examine the computer and other devices found in the home was for the Wiener sex texting with a minor case. Once they found other evidence that implicates other suspects in other crimes (especially since the emails were addressed to Huma not Wiener), they are better off getting a search warrant to cover the new information and evidence.

Also remember from what we have seen in information coming from the disgruntled FBI agents is that there was no search warrants or other things done like in a normal investigation. Machines, emails, interviews were all done by DOJ mandated rules and done in a "voluntary" manner.

One other thing, even if there had been a search warrant for all of Huma's devices and emails in the original case, it would have expired. Most search warrants have a time limit (most I have seen it is 10 days).

It seems the Just Us Department is blocking the application for a search warrant. It seems like damage control, drag feet on getting the warrant as long as possible, so information on damning emails doesn't get out right away....or at least until after November 8th.

Trump will speak in Greeley, CO (North of Denver) in about an hour. Security just escorted several Black youths wearing BLM shirts out of the arena.

Thanks for the post. I don't think I've had a more enjoyable Sunday. Between watchimg the Trump Las Vegas rally, reading this and the email thread, and listening to the grand daughters playing in the spare bed room is cool as hell. Topping off a Sunday with watching another Trump rally is like icing on the cake. I think I'll treat myself and sip on a CC and water during the speech. Aint life grand?

NM, MN, WI, MI, PA......there are several states that are now "in play" for Trump that were considered lost causes just a week ago.

Outside the few leftist hellholes (Philadelphia and Pittsburgh mostly) PA is an awful lot of sprawling, rural conservative territory. Unfortunately, those hellholes drive the politics.

But in the Philly suburbs, I'm seeing Trump support everywhere. The only Hillary signage I'm seeing with regular consistency was placed by trade unions.
Even in the smaller Democratic enclaves-- Scranton, Harrisburg-- there seems to be no real energy behind the Hillary campaign, but a ton of excitement about Trump.

Pennsylvania has been "in play" since the Democratic convention. It was their state to lose, and it looks like they're doing a pretty damn good job at just that.

For the record I wouldn't call Pittsburgh a hellhole. I've lived here my entire life and it's a great place to be. Pretty short sighted to call an entire city a hellhole.

Yes. Getting a fresh search warrant is always the best idea. However, the Supreme Court established doctrine of "inevitable discovery " meaning that if it can be shown that the evidence would have been found in the course of a standard police investigation even without a warrant, it can be admitted at trial. I think that if another office or agency uncovers evidence in your unrelated matter, it should be OK. All that being said, getting a new specific warrant is the best practice. The Feds will ,of course, use what the NYPD found to establish probable cause for the new warrant. Sounds like a good example of this doctrine.

The WSJ story linked via Drudge claims the discovery was by FBI agents in the NY office based on a warrant dealing with Weiner's sexting case investigation. The NY agents alerted the DC higher ups where the debate and uncertainty arose.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

I took a drive through a small community in Michigan today. I saw a lot of political signs. Most were local, some were Trump, and NONE were Hillary.

Unfortunately, about half of the Trump/Pence were damaged. One big one had a huge frown face carved in it.

Keeping it classy liberals....

There was a whole lot of destruction of evidence going on, as emails were "bleached" out and whole computers smashed. Whatever was there, was really really bad. If Weiner's computer actually has all of the emails among its 650K, Hillary might be at the head of a long parade of perp-walkers.

And a day of jubilation that will be! Smile

I just saw a news clip of Hillary speaking about the FBI investigation saying "the voters demand, and deserve the facts".

That woman is more full of shit than a manure spreader.
